Welcome to the >>Summer '26 Edition of Raestar's Jazz Video Showcase <<, our seasonal collection of outstanding new videos celebrating the
breadth and vitality of today's jazz scene. This selection spans everything
from intimate vocal performances and inventive originals to swinging
straight-ahead jazz and contemporary improvisation, bringing together acclaimed
artists alongside some of the UK's most exciting emerging talent.
We're especially delighted to feature Deirdre Cartwright,
whose new album Organik marks her first solo release in 15 years. A founding
member of ARQ and one of Britain's most respected and influential jazz
guitarists, Deirdre celebrates the album's launch with a special performance at
PizzaExpress Soho on 15 July, making this an especially timely addition to the
showcase.
Elsewhere you'll discover compelling performances from ARQ,
Lenore Raphael, Andrew Young, Chris Hodgkins Band, Donovan Haffner, Mark Wade,
