As well as being the co-founder of JAZZLONDONLIVE, Sarah is also a musician herself and plays saxes and flutes as well as being a vocalist. In the past she hosted jazz jams including the OSO jazz jam in Barnes, Surbiton Jazz Jam at Casa Viva and the jam sessions at Sligo Jazz Festival as well as writing many reviews for Jazzwise, LondonJazzNews and MOBO. She has played gigs with many line-ups at venues across London, including Pizza Express Jazz Club, the Spice of Life, the Ram Jam and The Pheasantry. She released her debut album ‘Firehorse’ in March 2016 featuring 11 of her own tunes , and her vocal EP, 'We Both Are Lost', a duo release featuring guitarist Pete Duncan, came out in 2017. Both are available via Bandcamp.
